JOB REQUIREMENT - Diploma and Degree holder with relevant experience. - SPM Holders with minimum 2 years experience in Collection can be considered. - Minimum 2 years as Customer Service - Call Centre. - Excellent communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia combined with good interpersonal skills. - Excellent customer handling skills.
