--------->BEST LUNCH EVER [Healthier] Spinach Artichoke Dip 4 ounces low fat cream cheese (room temp) 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt 1/4 cup white wine 3 cloves garlic 2 cups low fat shredded mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese 5 cups chopped spinach 1 cup chopped artichoke hearts Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix the first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl. Slowly add in the cheeses (save 1/4 cup parm for the topping). Then add in spinach and artichokes. Spoon into baking dish and bake for 30-40 minutes. Makes 6-8 servings and is PERFECT for a football weekend appetizer or dinner parties :) *Recipe used from Fat Girl Trapped in a Skinny Body*
