Its rich set of features include a powerful Help Desk, Asset Management, and other easy-to-use tools for analyzing and optimizing help desk performance מיקום: קרית שדה התעופה, ישראל דרישות התפקיד: • At least 5 years’ experience in architectural design of distributed scalable web application services. • Proven architectural/design abilities in large scale web application services • Strong knowledge with web application servers and frameworks: Tomcat, apache or similar. • Strong knowledge with API management - Experience with SQL as well as no-SQL DBs and caching tiers. • Experience with Cloud Computing platforms (e.g. Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Compute Engine, OpenStack, Rackspace cloud, etc.) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent documentation skills.
