----Globalization----- In the days of steep competition and globalization, no country aspiring to be in the mainstream, can stay away from economic liberalization....The necessity is of a concrete planning of internal development and self-sustenance in the long run, instead of just like that opening up the internal market and inviting lifelong dependency!! FDI is welcome but at the same time the countrys own investment plans must be aggressive...True or not, if really we have billions deposited in the foreign banks as black money reserve, we must not be skeptic to get it back and invest...Then, the overall debt structure of the nation will reverse and the in-country people will reap excellent benefits of the globalization and economic liberalization...Otherwise, there is every chance that India will be sold again and permanently!! The multi-point agenda, that can save us from being spoilt, can be made fixed from the rigourous study of How can we exploit our inherent demographic dividend ..In a simple view, How can we best use our human resources for productivity of all sorts...In this regard, I would like to mention the four immediate point of concerns.... 1. Total stress on higher education and research. 2. All-out policies to ensure health care and insurance. 3. Building all sorts of infrastructures. 4. Letting growth and sustenance of in-country young and aggressive entrepreneurs. For, (1), collaborate to foreign universities. For (2), develop new institutes and investment plans. Both (1) and (2) should be under strict control of India Inc. For(3), you ask for FDI and use overseas black money reserve. For (4), never go for foreign investment, rather grow your own in-house venture capital. Let Globalization and economic liberalization improve the customer sense and bring in all-out competitions and let, our young upcoming entrepreneurs rise to a top height as global MNCs in due course of time so that India Inc can independently survive... Just by envisioning India as a global intelligence hub, we can employ our youth and improve upon average per capita income, but we can not come up as a leading country..Never think that advanced countries will become so much dependent on us that they will become paralised in terms of growing their in-house intelligence reserve. There must be a all party uniform opinion in this regard, so that we never deviate from the major agenda points, in the greater national interest, with the change in governance... Furthermore, instead of generating fear psychosis in the minds of the overseas black money holders, we must ask them to Hide their identities and invest in the national projects..Let the legal system be not after them to allow free flow of money for national development..Sometimes, the greater benefits are to be given higher priority than ethical standpoints..Look, the world is selfish..Nobody is going to feed we Indians out of sympathy..Let our bad boys now become the rescuers of the nation...Whats wrong in that???!!
