--- OFFICIAL STATEMENT FROM NICK --- It has come to my attention over the last 12 days exactly how much drama has been generated around my whereabouts. I feel it just to inform the scene and fanbase of the bands on Juggernaut exactly what is going on. I have, with some regret and hesitation decided to move away from the music scene and re-invent my life and the way I live it. This is a decision which will not be elaborated on, for reasons I am sure you understand. I do feel it is essential to point out to you all that ALL Artists that were signed to me have been contacted and are in open and regular discussion with me. No one has been screwed out of money, and everyone is in committed dialogue to resolving this mess. The rumours going around have gotten a little out of hand, understandably, and need to be addressed. Regrettably, however, this is indeed the end of Juggernaut as a project, label, and entity. All bands will be moving in their own directions with my support and blessing. Over the last 6 months, a large handful of things happened that made me feel that the world was against the progress of Juggernaut. Those things do not need to be spoken of. I urge any labels out there with open doors to investigate some of our talent and now ex-artists. We worked with some of the nicest, most helpful and genuine people I have ever met. They all deserve a good home. If you are thinking of starting your own label, or want to promote bands in a vein similar to how I did, I have two pieces of advice for you all - - Be transparent at all times, and do not let yourself get in over your head. - Have a target in your mind at the start and do not exceed it. Thank you all for the support. It was a fun ride. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who ever signed with Juggernaut, whether it was as a label or a Promotions firm.
