---GIRLS AND THEIR I will think about it HABIT--- A guy may meet a girl that pleases his heart and take her for an outing. He diffuse the money he have and the one he never have. He tells the girl that she means the world to him, that she is the skeleton and cockroach in his cupboard and some other sweet bra bra bra... The girl squeezes her thumb red, rumbles the tips of her clothe and uses her left leg to draw the map of Africa on the ground. To every other person watching, these things are entering well. The guy finally tell the girl Please, I want you to be my girlfriend, you mean the world to me. Of course, with her slow pace nature, the type that will suggest that she is stomach filled, as if she is doing you a favour to eat the fried rice and chicken on the table. She will empty all plates of food. And would have wipe the plate clean with her tongue if not for the public staring hard eyes. The guy presses on so he will know the girls reply, there and then, she says Okay, I have heard, I will think about it. And that is all, a week may pass and she is still thinking about it, a month may go, she is still thinking, a year may pass, she still keeps this guy without a reply. Even till the day of her last breathe, she may be thinking. Most of the girls out there, eternity is even too small for then to give a guy the needed reply of a previous love proposal. My questions are, what is she(girls) even thinking of?. Is she thinking of how Lord Lugard and his colleagues conned us or his unpopular amalgamation of 1914?. Is she thinking of the death of Aguiyi Ironsi or the massacre of the Igbos before and during the 1967/70 Nigerian-Biafran civil war?. Is she thinking about the controversial presidential election of June 12th 1993 or about the death of MKO Abiola?. Is she thinking about the Boko haram bombing or the Ebola virus?. Is she thinking about the forthcoming election and its possible outcome?. What will stop a girl from giving a guy a reply to his love proposal instantly, without saying I will think about it?. Is her brain at home and not in the skull?. Maybe this is part of hard to get formula?. I need to know. Hmm..., too many questions I guess, girls and their I will think about it habit. Okay, now I remember, maybe she has an already waiting guys who had proposed to her earlier, and she wants to go home to compare the names on the list to know who will be the next boyfriend or who beats the boyfriend or even who can do better than the boyfriend. If not this, what will make girls what to think for a while before giving out a reply?. What will make girls think for years before replying or even think for eternity and never come up with a reply?. If the above is true, then it demands a lot of thinking real hard, because to compare one guy to another, no be beans work. (She walks straight to the sitting room, pour herself a cup of water, sits on the sofa and starts thinking). Valentine Nzeh, can he be the one?. No this Valentine guy is impossible. He is intelligent and romantic I know, but he asks a lot of questions and often doing this may blow my anus open each time I do my cheating stuff. What of Felix Ab Ocæn D, yeah, that guy is cute and handsome. But he is stingy, I asked him for hundred thousand naira so I could support myself during my modeling contest in Umuahia and he refused. I dont want a guy who isnt financial extravagant. Yea, Godfrey Ugwuis another guy. But he argues a lot. I dont want a guy who will turn our relationship into National house of Assemble, where people climb huge lock gates just to support or move a notion. Ehe, why did I forgot Proff Kelvin Charles?. Oh my goodness, he confuses issues with grammar, instead of saying I love you he might rather fall for an ambiguous words for such simple sentence. I dont want a skull blow since am not intelligent. Okay, I will just call Joeval Onyekaon phone, goosh...I dont understand what he does for a living!. (Kro..kro...kro...) She snores while sleeping off. If she behaves like this regularly, how can she get a reply?. Each time guys propose to girls, you will see them with this I will think about it habit of theirs. The lucky guys wait a while before getting this reply. The semi-lucky guys wait for months or even years before getting this reply. The unlucky guys wait till eternity and will never receive any reply alert. Until this girls they proposed to marry, reproduce and even die, their reply to these unlucky guys will still be I will think about it. Why is it so?.
