--> MEET The Percussionist - FRANÇOIS ARCHANJO (BRA) - I play percussion since i was little and then started studying it by 1999 at the Cultural Group Afro Reggae, where I as well studied social work on music. By 2003 I entered the Batucadas Brasileiras (school of Brazilian rhythm and dance), graduated and followed on to become a teacher of this very school. Since 2000, Ive been working with local and international artists in Brazil such as: Ivan Lins, João Bosco, Raul de Souza, Robertinho Silva, Steve Harper, Carlos Malta, Milton Nascimento... In 2009 i was invited to come to Estonia and work at Tallinn2011 Foundation and teach Brazilian music and dance for children at risk residents of Tallinn, the idea was to create a percussion orchestra with Russian and Estonian children. In March 2014 I came back to Estonia to continue working on my social projects and perform with local and international artists..
