--==REVERSE DIET UPDATE==-- Had a few messages this week, asking about how my reverse is going and when I was going to post an update. I am ashamed to say it, but after weighing in last week, the lowest I had been the last 12 weeks, I have had a bit of a blowout. I have not been compliant with my diet all week and I have been buying all the discount bakery items from Coles and Woolworths again... I am currently 7kg(15.4lbs) up on last weeks weigh in. Unfortunately, it is very easy to put on weight, after an extended period of calorie restriction. This hasnt been a bad blowout for me tho, I put on 14kg(30.8lbs) in four days, after my 2008 comp season finished, ended up suffering heart arrhythmia and almost passing out a few times whilst training clients. Current (supposed) macros this week were: P270 C270 F80 So what to do now? Well I am going to increase carbs again by 40g to 310g/day. Why am I going to increase calories, even tho my weight has skyrocketed? I will tell you why. It is because I have just been talking shit and have not had a blowout at all. Im still in great shape. Will post pics soon. Was being 100% serious about my 2008 post comp blowout tho, that shit was whack. toobigfornoncompliance.docx
