- NEVER have we EVER had a company of ANY kind treat us as special and as EFFICIENTLY as Hendrix Heating & Air in Nahunta, GA !! On Thanksgiving Day, of ALL times, the fan motor in the top of our outside unit seized up and ceased to function. To make a long awesome story short, I went on the Hendrix web site and requested the absolute soonest they could get a man out here. I proceeded to disassemble the unit myself and remove the motor, and while doing so I got a text from Hendrix telling me I could get a replacement from them THAT DAY [Thanksgiving !!!!] We were going out of town so I said Friday would be better. I got a call Friday morning and they sent a tech TO MEET ME at the gas station in Hoboken to deliver the elec. motor, even though Hendrix was still closed for the holidays and the tech was off duty. My wife and I are pretty much speechless at the way they gave up their time on Thanksgiving and Black Friday to make me one more DELIGHTED CUSTOMER !!! Thank you from the bottom of my [our] now-warm hearts, Hendrix Air !!!! God Bless each of you !! I WOULD RECOMMEND HENDRIX HEATING & AIR TO ANYONE IN OUR SE GA AREA !!! Hope you read this Stephen Jackson and Sheri Jackson - they just might be just what you need both for your business AND AT HOME !!!! SUPER BENEFIT: The new fan motor turns SO much more RPMS that it has made our unit about TWICE as efficient as it was with the old worn out motor.
