- Pea-brained youthiyas and non-youthiyas alike have been calling for a military intervention and derailment of the democratic process. Before uttering something so blatantly idiotic, they should consider the fact that it is this democracy that is allowing them to protest on the Constitutional Avenue and giving them the opportunity to express their views freely online. If this was a military dictatorship, these protesters wouldve had their brains splattered the moment they entered a government building. Pakistani democracy, however flawed it may be, allows you to practice your democratic right to protest. And it is exactly because of this democratic process, that the government has not yet resorted to giving police a green light for a Jalianwala-styled massacre.
