- Swaps - 2009 BMW 318i Touring. Efficient dynamics 2.0l 140hp. LCI facelift model. 149k miles with FSH, mainly all BMW. HPI Clear. Mot until Sept 2015. 2 previous owners. Parrot Bluetooth fitted. Being the facelift model it has some nice touches like Halo headlights, and led rears. Plus different interior buttons and some other neat bits that update it from the earlier model. Was a company car first of all with history of nearly £7k worth of repairs and servicing at BMW - this is also where it clocked up most of its miles. So genuine motorway mileage. Has recently had new genuine BMW injectors, coils and plugs to latest revised parts so no issues. Plus serviced with fresh oil and filters all in the last 1000 miles. Runs lovely and starts on the button. It drives well, and handles great too - very planted on the road around corners and at motorway speeds. Very economical being efficient dynamics model achieving 30+ mpg round town and 50mpg on a run at sensible speeds. A trip to Birmingham mostly at 80mph on the motorway with City driving and plenty of traffic averaged 44mpg over the 130 miles a few days back With the price of fuel its cheaper than diesel to run - plus only £12 a month to tax it! The car is clean and tidy throughout - as you can see from the pictures it comes up quite nicely after a wash. Only bad bits to note really is small crack to rear bumper, stonechips to front bumper and a tiny bit of lacquer peel. These bits are in line with age/mileage. Interior is good and smells fresh and all electrics work. It drives just like a 5 year old 3 series should, ignore the mileage, youd never know! No cash price, but looking for swaps over £5500, or maybe a car worth less and cash my way too? Looking for swaps for something else German? Preferably auto (DSG) so the Mrs can drive too - maybe something nippy or quick? Golf, Leon, A3, A4, 1 series, 3 series, Focus ST? Try me, I can only say no! No Cat C or D cars without stating it!
