- TRUTH ON EATING AT DINNER - Heres the bottom line: If youre in a caloric deficit for the day, eating after some magical hour of the day will not make you gain fat -OR- prevent you from shredding fat. Overall it is the caloric deficit that matters most for fat loss. Meet that goal, and timing is irrelevant. -BUT- We do suggest carbs with dinner on training days.
