- Talent Scout to audition artists demos, promos, EPs, Mixtapes, etc. (solicited and/or unsolicited) - Attend live performances at thru showcases, clubs, concerts, etc. - Listen to artists/bands websites and social networking sites. - Check for indie artists buzz. - Check for indie artists thru press-releases, indie music magazines, concert promoters, thru sources such as; Craigs List, Cleve. Scene Magazine, etc. - Keep track of artists once signed to establish a professional coordination with the label. - Keep track of artists once signed to have full knowledge of their music, development, etc. - Stay abreast of all rules and regulations of A&R procedures with the label. - Stay in preparation for growth with the label by reading the latest materials on other Top A&Rs. - Attend seminars/meetings at the label request. - Provide technical and creative input to quality artists prior to or by request of the label. - Report to CEO of Synchronicity PR, LLC. - And more.
