We start with large amounts of asparagus spears, chicken broth and add a minimum of other ingredients so that the asparagus is highlighted. • Simply Chicken and Rice Soup - glutenfree A piping hot and delicious blend of oven-roast chicken, fresh parsley, carrots, onions, celery, and select herbs in a velvety, rich stock overflowing with loads of flavor and a portion of white rice. \nWay, way tastier than any store-bought variety - the way real soup should taste! DAILY SALADS • House Green Salad - vegetarian - glutenfree A helping of mixed greens topped with purple cabbage, sweet bell pepper, shredded carrot & choice of Balsamic Vinaigrette, 1000 Isle, Blue Cheese Vinaigrette, or Ranch Dressing - all made right here. • Piquant Salad with Tomatoes, Bacon, Feta and Sunflower Seeds - glutenfree We start with a mound of mixed greens, grape tomatoes, feta cheese, toasted sunflower seeds, and a sprinkling of crumbled bacon - then dress it with the fantastic, piquant, House White-Balsamic Vinaigrette - Outstanding! DAILY SANDWICHES • Doriolas Grilled Cheese, Bacon and Apple Sandwich - glutenfree Presented on hearty bread, this is a grown-up version of the traditional grilled cheese. We make ours with three different cheeses; add a bit of Apple-wood smoked bacon and a couple of slices of crisp, sweet apple and grill-press it to brown the bread and warm the cheese. • The Hamilton - Ham, Cheddar and Pickle Sandwich - glutenfree Thinly sliced, honey ham is layered on bread that has been spread with mayonnaise and Frenchs yellow mustard, add Tillamook cheddar, dill pickles and leaf lettuce for texture and flavor contrast - now thats a perfect sandwich. DAILY QUICHE • Traditional Lorraine A tender, flaky crust filled with apple-wood smoked bacon and a blend of four cheeses in the best quiche base around. Order this one with one of our salads, and you have the perfect lunch combo. • Smoked Chicken-Apple Sausage A tender, flaky crust ladled full of the best quiche base ever, loaded with a four-cheese blend, petite pieces of Aidells Smoked Chicken and Apple Sausage for a slight sweetness that is heavenly.
