- am I being detained? - no, but you have to come with me. thats called unlawful restraint and/or official oppression, and those pigs need a cavity search. really, its just a bunch of thugs, like any other thugs. they are flat out stating they are not legally stopping him, but demanding he does what they say. if you are ever in that position, and attempt to walk away, and they touch you, and you maul them... were I on the jury, I would not convict. this is why you need to go to jury duty. unfortunately, most citizens have abdicated our rights and are completely useless, having been convinced jury duty is a waste of time. whereas it might be the greatest thing you ever did, and the one great thing you would be remembered for.
