Cheetos is riding the URRKN rails from Virginia Beach, VA to Stansbury Park, UT on Saturday & Sunday August 23 & 24, 2014 And hits the rails again Saturday & Sunday August 30 & 31, 2014. ************************************************* Did you know that Cheetos Snacks bill themselves as playfully mischievous that add a little lighten-up moment to any day? They also say it is proof positive that you simply cannot eat a Cheetos Snack without smiling. Kittens are a mischievous lot and our precious little one is no exception. Candace Lawrence became involved with this little guy through her mother, Sharon Ganzhorn. That name might sound familiar as both Sharon and her daughter volunteer at Gloucester-Mathews Humane Society. The shelter was overrun with kittens and desperately needed help. Upon arrival one day to volunteer, Candace was told by the adoption coordinator that there was a small litter of kittens, with no mother, that needed her help. She was introduced to Cheetos (formerly Dale) and his 3 siblings. They all had upper respiratory infections and were extremely malnourished. She took them home and got right to work. This was her first time fostering kittens and she was determined to nurse them back to health and find them all homes. Candace and her mother shared their story on Facebook and lo and behold, Erin Rivkind saw Dale’s story and immediately fell in love. Upon seeing the posting about this sweet, adorable kitten named Dale that had a real rough beginning, she took one look at his picture and knew immediately she was to be his furever meowmy. She messaged Sharon telling her she wanted this playful orange ball of fur. With her application approved, the rest is history. Erin is looking forward to having Cheetos (his new name) in her arms as well as her heart. Only one obstacle stands in Cheetos way. You see, he is in Virginia Beach, Virginia and his new meowmy is in Stansbury Park, Utah. Good thing they know about the Love Train!
