(1) As per affidavit of 29-04-2004 (Page-6) (Annexure-I), L.K.Advani passed his 10th std in 1944, 12th std in 1947 and got law degree in 1942. As per affidavit he first passed law in year 1942, after passing law he passing 10th std in 1942! It means Ex.“Chhote Sardar” passed law degree at the age of 15, passed std 12th at the age of 17 and 10th std at the age of 19! (Actually 10+2+3) only after 1976) may Advaniji please show your certificates? (2) As per affidavit of 08-04-2009 (Annexure-II), L.K.Advani reversed the year of passing for 10th, 12th and Law graduate degree as 1942, 1944 and 1947 respectively. Even though he shows that he passed. Law degree at the age of 19 years! It is considered minimum 23 years of age are required for getting law degree. (3) As per affidavit, 05-04-2014 (Annexure-III), L.K.Advani skipped the educational qualification of 10th & 12th std and shows he achieved matriculation in the year 1942 & inter science (pre collage) in the year 1944 & law degree in 1947. Advani have given this wrong information on affidavit. It attracts two years Jail punishment under RP Act – 1951 Section 125-A, IPC177, Along with CRPC200. IPC181 & 182. False statement on oath or affirmation to public Servant or person authorised to administer and oath or affirmation. (4) In book “my country my life” written by L.K. Advani, He wrote that he came to Delhi as a refugee on the day of 12-9-1947, and he met Shri Shavarkar very first at Mumbai in November 1947. Surprisingly!! it was his very very first visit to Mumbai November 1947.
