#1243 I am from a pure vegetarian family. I was brought up in such a way that I even feel uncomfortable to eat veg foods in non-veg hotels. But after entering into corporate life I couldn’t restrict myself to veg hotels as the team lunch and treats are given in non-veg hotels. As there is no way I adjust at those occasions. But now am staying with my friends who are all non-veg. I told them a condition that they can cook non-veg but they must a separate vessel for cooking non-veg. Even though they agreed they always keep saying that my behavior is too much and it is a kind of discrimination and arguing if I can adjust in hotel why can’t I adjust in room. How can I go to hotel and demand them? It’s in my home I can demand. I am ready to adjust the smell when cooking non-veg but can’t they adjust by just using a separate vessel?? I feel very depressed. Even sometimes I feel as if am wrong. Please advise if my thoughts are correct or what my friends say is correct.
