#1273. I went to VBT, to study, and I saw a the homeless man there, asking for some money and food. What did I do? Bought him a food and water from the liqueur store near campus. I had my last dollar before pay day. I decided to buy a scratchier ticket for myself. I ended up winning 250 dollars. But i thought to myself... Who needs it more? I ended up giving him the water and food. He told me thank you young man. I told him i have to give you one more thing. The winning ticket, I handed him the ticket, and he said what is this? I told him, this is 250 dollars from a one dollar scrachter. I know it is hard to live like this. I would rather give you money and food so i can be confident you would be set for the next day. Seeing the expression on his face was worth it. It is always good to give to the needy because always remember, can you survive a day in their shoes?
