Play” ticket refunds [About refunds] Refunds will be processed via postal transfer [T/N: Similar to a giro transfer]. ※ Regardless if your payment method was by credit card or at the convenience store, refunds will be all processed as below. The postal transfer slip will be mailed to the address you submitted when entering the ticket lottery. The postal transfer slip will be in a “green envelope” from Yuucho Bank [T/N: English name “Japan Post Bank”], Tokyo Savings Administrative Centre. Please confirm the details and exchange it for money at the post office. The refund will be addressed to the address provided when signing up for the ticket lottery. ※ It is not necessary for customers to do anything in relation to the refund acceptance. ※ In the case that you have changed addresses since your application [for the ticket lottery], please submit a change of address form to the post office, and ask for postal items to be redirected.
