#1531 #Male,B.Tech I am in love with a married woman. That has never come into question. My life is good, and I am thankful. Yet I cant help but think of my friend from time to time. We went to high school together, and college. She is so beautiful... And funny, and happy, and intelligent. She is as close to perfect as I can imagine. And the distance doesnt help... Because Im sure Im idealizing her in my head. Shes so far away that I cant see her flaws. Its a hopeless infatuation... I try not to think of her. But last week it was her birthday, and I miss her. I remember seeing her on her wedding day. The friend I know who normally wore a messy ponytail, a freebie T-shirt, and no makeup was transformed into a stunning, gorgeous woman. She has always been beautiful, but to see her with detailed henna all over her hands, her hair perfectly styled, her makeup precisely done, her gown covered in red and gold shimmering beads... I was speechless. And jealous. She was radiant and I wanted nothing more than for us to be together... But this is not our fate. My love you are beautiful in every way. I hope your husband realizes what a lucky man he is. To be able to love you, touch you, and share life with you is a thing of beauty that I will never know.
