Auspicious time (Use these times for important events or simply to meditate quietly) • 09.02-09.13 • 11.08-11.22 • 14.14-14.26 • 15.40-15.53 • 18.15-18.18 • 19.57-20.09 • 22.52-23.04 • 01.22 onwards Sound of the day: ‘Aum Sa Ma Na Rha im Aum’ Colour- (You could wear a cloth or a piece of jewelry, as long as you are wearing the colour) Of the day: Beige Tip of the day: Decompress the liver- Add a pinch salt and a pinch of chili powder to 1 glass of water. Drink for a few days. Herbal tea (Morning) • Mint leaves • 1 cinnamon stick • A pinch of fennel seeds (gros l’anis) Bring all to a boil for 15 minutes. Drink warm. Herbal tea (Evening) • Lemongrass (citronelle) • Ayapana • 2 cardamom pods Bring to a boil in 2 glasses of water for 10 minutes. Fruits: Prunes Taste of the day- (The taste of the day has a soothing effect on both the digestive system and the mind) Today’s taste is: Mix 1 teaspoon of sugar and a pinch of chili powder in 1 glass of warm water. Recipe: • Soup- Corn soup (La soup mais) • Roasted vegetables (Either roast in the oven or Sauté in a pan) • Vegatable au gratin • Coconut and mint chutney • Watercress, carrot and lettuce salad.
