#195 Tip for the Day: If you are losing 2-8 pounds a month than you are losing at a rate that is considered healthy....especially if this is after your first month . Usually there is an above average weight loss the first couple of weeks. If you are in fact losing at this rate (2-8 pounds a month) then what you are doing is working. It might not be working as fast as you want it to but it is working. Keep it up and by this time next year you will be glad you did!
