#1DArticle Seeing as theyve appeared multiple times on literally every television show going (apart from Mastermind, still waiting for that bit of broadcasting genius), you might think that getting up on stage to appear on live telly would be an absolute doddle for One Direction these days. But sometimes its easy to forget that underneath than manly hunk of Irish meat, Niall Horan is a tender, squishy little marshmallow whos always had a problem when it comes to nerves, and in a new interview hes admitted that he still struggles to deal with them sometimes. Poor lamb. El Horanzo confessed that while he can totally handle performing in the worlds biggest stadiums and coming face to face with mega famous A-listers, live telly has always been something that hes found intimidating. Every time we do telly, it riddles me with nerves. Im petrified from the minute I get ready in the dressing room to the second we walk onto the set, he spilled. And now we want to wrap him in a fluffy blanket and stroke his hair. Rather than learning to handle the nerves and channel them into excitement, hes struggling to cope these days: To be honest, its getting worse, not better. Im often close to puking. Im not lying - I can get physically sick. Ahhh poor Nialler. Whats the worst that can happen chuck? Were pretty sure weve heard the 1D boys say some stuff that could have landed them in trouble in the past (happy days... ahem), but those beautiful faces of theirs mean they can get away with just about anything. Nothing to worry about, although we reckon a two week yoga retreat in the mountains to get at one with nature might help. And thats not just because we wanna see Niall in a pink leotard. Okay maybe it is. But if you do feel like youre gonna vom, make sure you do it on the side of a motorway and you might get a shrine built in your honour. Worked for Harreh. Does it make you all sorts of sad to hear that Niall is struggling with his nerves these days? Any tips and tricks? Get in touch via Twitter @Sugarscape.
