:+: 2016. The Plan for a Nuclear FIRST Strike and why the Pentagon believes it will work. It fully intends to be using the Reagan Spaced Based Defense System (fully operational, and working just fine), to deter, counter and defeat any retaliatory response. Many years ago, not knowing or thinking of it as an offensive system, I proposed to Reagan to go on National TV, and announce the shift FROM MAD to MASS. (MAD=Mutual Assured Destruction; MASS=Mutual Assured Survival). Reagan did go ahead, beginning more quickly then what even I had imagined. I sent it on Monday, it got there on Wednesday, and on Thursday he was doing what I had proposed. He then addressed the nation on Friday evening. All in all, a total of 5 days. (March, 1983) I also outlined the political benefits of doing so, and those projections all came to pass as outlined in my communication. In fact, then Senator Kennedy also did what I predicted when he came out against it and labeled it Starwars. Either an incredible coincidence, or.... what? I was single, had 2 Christian roommates. One was home when the announcement was broadcasting live on Friday evening I then handed him a copy of my letter. For better or for worse, I was in this way, involved in this. None of the Idea was mine. All I did was inform the President that it was already there, and how to use it to prevail over his political opposition. I specifically did suggest he go on National TV ASAP, (Announcing it before hand, as he did on Thursday) and address the nation, all of which he did. ~>We were both blown away. I made numerous other suggestions to the Reagan White House, and most of them he did act upon, but not all. Even then, way before the IVAMU, I was advocating for the US Dollar to be replaced. Although Reagan started this rolling forward, none of that was what I had suggested. All that has been done to date is to change colors, etc. (For example, to roll back inflation, to issue new dollars at a pre-announced exchange rate of 4 new ones to 1 old one. I had no idea of the (non)Federal AND (no)Reserve as today I now do) Unknown to me was the involvement of Mike Montagne , who also was in active contact with the Reagan White House, telling them that if Usury (also known as interest) was continued, the US Economy would collapse by 2010.
