#2026 Admin , please post this. This is very important for improvement of COEP. in university colleges no one talks so much about percentage of marks.. why only in autonomous colleges there is always talk about pointer pointer ... we are all over obsessed with credits and pointers ... how one can somehow get more pointer .. even by cheating the system if necessary, what really helps in long term is not pointer but what one has grasped in the course of 4 years can we apply something out of that in practice. for that more than pointer we need to use our observation skills, see, and hear, read and understand, practice and follow, and we will certainly succeed ... while all of above is true, there is a appeal to faculty to interact with students as much as possible, encourage them, value their strengths rather than always harping on their weaknesses which demoralises them .. can teachers introspect their own lives when they were students.. had they been also demoralised by their teachers would they reach these levels .. may be some teachers were of the same variety even at that time.. but pl change yourselves for the better If anyone writes such point on SUGGESTION PORTAL, our SYSTEM writes there, No further complaints, This complaint has been resolved.
