#2640 Hi friends.. Im in a relationship for last 2 months. Everything was going smoothly until one day she asked me to change for who I am. I am very possessive for her. But my possessiveness only concerns on the matter that includes other boys. She dont talk to boys for me. She dont even look at their side. And in return, I too do the same i.e. I neither talk nor see other girls. I dont even chat girls over social network for I have lost all the interest in talking or chatting with them. I have lost interest in even liking the pictures of any girls on my fb wall. I too asked her to do the same...not to like other boys pictures or even comment in them. But she always argues me whenever i say this, sayin whats the problem in doing so? I pleaded her not to do so at least for my satisfaction. She agreed she wont. But now, shes questioning my possessiveness. She says I just act as a possesssive person for my need. Why would I do such things? She is asking me to change. I cant do so. I will never change myself in being possessive because this is who I am. Should I really try to change myself? Should I stop being possessive for her? I cant leave her. I wont ever leave her for I love her so much. She too said she wont leave me ever. But this question whether I can change my possessiveness character for her is making me afraid that she will dump me...what to do guys???? Admin 1: kiddiot. :D :p When youre being possessive youre controlling her. You shouldnt be going there, you shouldnt talk to him, you shouldnt see/like/comment on that photo on facebook because he looks better than me, etc, etc. Youre restraining her freedom. do you call that this is who I am? In your sense of this is who I am, Britishers should have never given India independence because that was what they were: oppressors. you ask Should I really try to change myself? she never asked you to change your personality. she asked you to change the way you treat her. and rightly so. :) (Y)
