(27/01/14) [PURPOSE,WORTH AND ACCURACY] “Look carefully then how you walk! Live purposefully and worthily and accurately, not as the unwise and witless, but as wise (sensible, intelligent people)” (Ephesians 5:15 AMPLIFIED) You must understand that there are three different ways by which a man can learn, namely: BY INSTRUCTION, BY CORRECTION and BY DESTRUCTION but I have come with Instruction this morning. There are 3forces that must come into your life- Purpose, Worth, Accuracy. You are a creature of purpose and you must seek to discover that purpose. That is a major prerequisite to getting the best out of life. Your purpose is not a question of “WHO ARE YOU?” but a question of “WHY ARE YOU?” What a strange question! I’m sure you have never heard that before. Purpose is WHY are you here. Secondly, you must place worth on your life. Don’t live half the worth of God’s purpose over your life. The purpose of God on every man’s life is great but most people live less than the best of God for their lives. Don’t be like Esau who despised his birth right(Purpose). You must be able to place a value on your time. Life is measured in the currency of time; Wastage of time is equal to Wastage of life. Don’t be vague about your life; be clear, and be focused. Be certain about where you are going, what God has set for you and go after it. God’s instruction to you this morning is that you make the very most of your time by buying up every opportunity to get involved in the fulfillment of your destiny. Imagine a man who is going to die at the age of Ninety, but got born again at the age of Eighty-five and discovered his purpose at the same age. He has just Five years to fulfill the purpose that he is supposed to have fulfilled in Eighty-five years. Therefore, in those five years remaining for him, he can’t afford to live carelessly like somebody that was born again at Fifteen and discover purpose at the early stage of his life who is to live for Ninety years also. Lastly, accuracy in the fulfilment of our purpose in life is premised on the ability to hear the voice of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit gives us the understanding of WHAT,WHO,WHERE and HOW to fulfill our destiny. So, you can’t afford to journey through life without the person of the Holy Spirit as the driver of your destiny vehicle. He is your Most Valuable Asset in life! In conclusion, there is a dimension of glory that will not come to you because of your career, beauty, or connection. It is simply going to come to you because of you live PURPOSEFULLY, WORTHILY and ACCURATELY. You will Succeed! Remember God loves you; and so do I. Have a Favoured Week!
