[#27412] People, when you load up the leg press then put your feet on it, keep in mind that the distance between your knees should be the same as the distance between your feet throughout the press. I see some dudes trying to be hard loading up Ronnie Coleman type shit not realizing that they are going to injure themselves. Then their knees buckle inwards and they manage 1/4 reps. This is not only the opposite of hardcore, but it it extremely damaging. Almost every human being alive should be able to make it near maximum depth in the leg press. Then the half squatters are another story. I mean, sure I should be happy for them and mind my own business but seriously, you are embarrassing yourselves. At least I can try to save you that.
