#2830 #oneamongu Happy new year to all the ambatturians and especially to #admini. Ungal magathaana inda sevai thodaratum :) In this new year I want to dedicate this post especially for the guys and gals of ambattur who are going to complete their engineering course this year. this is not an advice but what I did in situations which you can apply in ur life as well. Really life is hard after completing engineering, if you are a dull person from tier III engineering college or intelligent person from tier IV engg college. These two categories will suffer a lot. But dont worry, you are not going to sit in roadside in ur 50th age. The job is there, the challenge is to find among it in the haysack. This is the right time for you to concentrate on aptitude problems and develop ur english (very imp). Even if you dont know to speak, write short stories in a paper daily and see english serials and films with subtitles in ur pc (worked for me). I attended nearly 150(may be more) companies in 7 months for a job. After I failed in first 10 interviews I came to know where I am lacking (its quantitative aptitude). I never lost hope (although it was a bit frustrating during travels). Keep the hope that things will change, here everything keeps changing so will be your life. One day at the height of lethargy I attended HCL and I slept before the aptitude test thinking that I am not going to get selected, this will also be one among the collections of my failure. So I slept and exactly 15mins before the online app test I got up and went to attend it. I was selected and they asked to attend the hr the following day. I went and they dragged time and it went to 3o clock, before that I ate lunch and slept again. there was nothing in my mind no tension, no worries as I was used to failure. I saw the hr as if seeing a relative. He then went on to ask to run through the profile and asked me which is ur favourite field I told electronics and Java (the job is software engineer). You people need to tell the truth here. You can even tell repairing systems and mobiles, but you should know everything of it, so tell things you know, irrespective of the job profile. So he went on to ask questions in electronics and two questions in java. I told all the things correctly and I also did a certificate course in java from NIIT, it too helped. He asked me is there any questions. I told no. He told Dont you want to know whether you are selected or not? I smilingly replied that I told the correct ans to atleast most of the quest. Then he told me that I am selected to the next hr round. And finally in that hr too I cleared and got the appointment letter. But I also wrote the postal exam and the results were declared at that time. So I didnt accepted HCL. When you are sure of what to do with your life, just do it. PLEASE NEVER EVER HEAR YOUR PARENTS RELATIVES AND PAKKATHU VEEDU UNCLE AND AUNTY WORDS. HEAR THEM IF YOUR HEART TELLS THE SAME. Then I attended the HP interview with my friend, he was sitting like the statue man in vgp beach during Group Discussion. I was playing with the chalk and duster in my table. The same no tension state. This no tension state should come from within, if you impose it, its useless. I finally got selected in hp and my friend rejected during the technical hr due to tension. Now I am sitting in hp and seeing my life back without any regrets. This everything happened in my favourite 2014 year only. Make mistakes during anything you want to achieve because unfortunately you cannot get used to failures without doing mistakes. And to reduce tension you should get used up to failures. I am sorry for this long post Get used to failure. #admini : Congrats bro... The worst part is when padichavan... padikadavan.. terinjavan... teriyadavan.. come and ask innuma nee velaiku pogala.. Move on wit wat ur heart says...
