#290 jobee "wen i was 3rd yr college, sa pagtake nko sa subject nga educational research, naningkamot ko nga makapangta ug catchy, unique ug one-of-a-kind thesis. sa akong pagka obsrvant, nbantayan nko one afternoon, kusog kaau tong ulan. nkaremmbr ko wla ko kadalag payong ato. so i stayed outsyd d BSU main gate. sa akong paghinuktok, i happen to notice nga crowded kaau ang atbang ug mga tsada nga sakyanan. (ting bayad tuition to nga tym-pang-midterm). then naai mga students nga nanabok taliwala sa kakusog sa rain. (so slyt natingala ko!) sa akong ka curious, ako clang gsundan. nag iya-iya silag amin sa mga old men ug misulod sila tag isa sa mga nka park nga mga cars. (my brain started working) at nka isip ako ng bryt idea; ""what if ang akong studyhan ang mga studnts sa BSU nga in. ani ug work?"" #grabe ka buang nga thought! wen i went home, akong bordmate, miduol sa ako ug nanghulam ug 100 kai wala na jud xa money... i let her borrow. d nxt day, she sent me a mcg nga magkta mi sa jobee ug iya kung glibre. as in wagas jud mameeeeeeeen!kananga kung mka order xa murag wla nai ugma! so i askd her and she told me nga naa daw old man nga ga support sa iya. baylo sa iyang services, emotional and n bed, and she s provided wth all her needs. i cud even remmber her saying; ""magchange imong tan.aw sa ako te? imo kong mablame kng mao ra ning akng kaya buhaton para mkalampos? dli man gud ko pareho nmu nga bryt ug talented... pro dli ko bad grl te. dli."" ryt there and then.... i changed my mind and i started workng on a new topic for my thesis. #truly, we cant judge d book by its cover but we can color each page. we can help them bcome better. aftr that, i startd helpng her out by bringing her to my rakets in events (brthdays, weddngs,etc). after 3 months, i noticed her paling. and wen i askd her y she told me shes pregnant. she decided to move away, w/o tellng d old man about wat happend. she was out of skul. i dnt know where s she ryt now bt i hope shes fyn. *daghan man cla sa BSU, let us not judge them as if they were sum infected parasites; instead lead them back to the ryt path. there is always a gud way, many varied ryt ways to finish studies, u just have to go thru d hard ways, not d easy, instant ones. nagbabalik, *nikki* -College of Education
