*30 DAY SPLITS CHALLENGE* The Pole Train Fitness 30 day splits challenge starts today! Heres the challenge.... 1) Send your a before pictures to faye@poletrain,co.uk showing your current flexibility in the splits position - both left and right leg leading. Refer to the attached document to give you guidance on a suitable warm-up and how to perform the splits. 2) Perform the series of daily stretches outlined in the attached document for a 30 day period - 1st-30th June. A pdf version of this document will also be emailed to you once your before pictures have been received (dont forget to check your junk mail just in-case). 3) After this 30 day period (following your stretch workout on 30th June) take your after picture to show your progress and email them to me at [email protected] Theres no fee to join, and all entrants who complete this challenge and send in their before and after pictures will be entered into a draw to win a Pole Train Fitness gym towel. Feel free to share - anyone can join! *Entrants must be over 16. * Male or female participants can enter. * Be sure to read the attached document fully before beginning this challenge. * Free gym towel applies to UK participants only.
