#34 "It’s a place of politician. it’s the place where they don’t judge and give ratings to the employee performance based on the work he/she had given rather on the basis of the future work. it’s a really worst place to dream about long stay. It seems “Chamchas” of managers and or native speaking language of manger and employee influence the growth of the employee. I think there are dramatically changes seen after new CEO has come. After he comes, it’s the first time that Aricent did not celebrate India’s biggest festival( Diwali), it did not gave hike to employee and also business is going down. Its loosing existing clients. Many big and long projects have been lost in Bangalore. Performance review policy was also worst hit. The review system is unjustified. When I asked about my rating to the manager , he could not justify the meaning of the rating and why that was given to me . I asked manager , if I escalate it, will it be changed. He told not possible , so don’t understand why is a escalation procedure. They have their monopoly in that sense . There are no transparency in IJPP policy. Most of the time it is seen that the person who could be released within 15 days are selected for onsite opportunities but as per IJPP policy it 2 months , ijpp is not for the frustrated person staying in a project for long time. Managers are so irresponsible to respond to a mail , if it was asked for the opening in IJPP. There are no proper distribution of projects in all location in India office. Most of the projects are in Gurgaon even though 400 ppl are in bench in Bangalore. I feel in terms of promotion and hike its different in different India location. Over all experience is very bad. I cant refer any friend in this company so please stop sending junk I-Refer mails. My rate for the company is 2/5. "
