Pic 2 Ships weather monitor with a 3-day forecast of the weak/shallow Low Pressure from 8PM 28th Dec to 8PM 1st Jan 2015. *2AM 29th to 8PM 30th over Southern Leyte. *2AM 31st near East of Palawan and by 8PM 31st far west of Palawan proceeding to Wester Philippine Sea open waters. Winds not strong 25-38 KPH only. *However this is predicted to bring moderate to heavy rains on affected areas. *Forecast Rough sea 3 meters, between Matnog-Allen 27th afternoon to 29th morning.
