(37) Night Biller compensation: DOE Schedule: Night shift beginning at 8:00 pm Sunday -- Thursday) Duties and Responsibilities: Verify & Receive purchase orders into the computer Billing (between 50-100 invoices per night) and when needed make BOLs Print and attach cash/check pickup tags to the correct invoices Pull all dark drop keys and put with correct driver packet Print driver load sheets and put with correct driver packet Highlight COD or other notifications on invoices for drivers Create driver packets (Invoices, drivers load sheet, dark drop keys & check p./u tags) Organize invoices with the correlating USCS delivery tickets, verify weight and case count match up and that billing was done correctly. Complete product shortage sheet Print next day purchase orders and take down to USCS Double verify driver packets for accuracy and put completed driver packets in the back of the trucks. Requirements: Minimum two years experience in an Accounting Department or related accounting position (with emphasis on billing and accounts payable preferred). Experience and proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) in addition to QuickBooks Must perform accurate work in a timely manner Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions. Good verbal and problem solving skills. Ability to multi task, posses a strong work ethic, be a self starter and work independently Experience working within distribution environment helpful.
