He gloated the first two has been achieved, and looked smarmy as he did so. Naturally he missed the bit about no cuts to education, no cuts to health, no change to pensions, no change to the GST and no cuts to the ABC or SBS. Im not sure how interested the 19 other leaders were in Tones moans about purely domestic issues. And abolition of the Carbon Tax probably wasnt going to go down well in minor countries like China and the USA whove redoubled their efforts to cut emissions far more rapidly than originally planned.
