£40 - Traffic Offence Research - Manchester People for Research are an independent research agency working on behalf of the Ministry of Justice Digital Services, who are currently redesigning parts of the process for dealing with traffic offences. Wed like to invite some members of the public to take part in a feed-back session. We are especially keen to speak to people who have dealt with a traffic offence in the last 12 months. In particular, people who are making or have made a plea by post or in person after receiving a postal requisition. These sessions are focused purely on peoples experiences while going through the plea process and will not require discussion of specific details of their traffic cases. The court and police will play no part in these sessions and there will be no impact whatsoever on the results of traffic cases whether closed or on ongoing. The research is completely confidential and participants are not required to provide any details of their traffic case. The details of the research are as follows: When? Tuesday 21st October How long? 30 minutes Where? Central Manchester Incentive: £40 High Street or Amazon voucher What will happen during the session? Participants will be asked to complete some short simple tasks, answer questions, and give their opinions on how things worked for them. If you are interested, please email [email protected] or call 0117 963 9918 with the following details: Your name: Contact number: Age: Date of dealing with last traffic offence: How did you deal with the offence? - If we think you may be suitable, one of the team will then be in touch to discuss the research in more detail. - We will also need to go through some questions to ensure you are eligible to take part.
