#4787: "I was diagnosed with a heart condition last year and was in urgent need of a transplant, so in April of this year, there was a devastating head on collision that killed someone. That person was an organ donor. In fact his heart was a perfect match for mine. So the next few hours later I got me a new heart. I was given the name of my donor and looked at his facebook, he had a memorial page and within a few hours he has almost 5,000 "likes" on it. I could tell he was an icon in his town. Anyway even though a family tragically lost their son, his heart gave me new life. I am eternally grateful"
