Located between penhold and pinelake 15.2hh (string tested today) but should finish a little taller Star came out of a very well bred foundation line paint stallion I owned. Although her Dam was grade, she was half cutting horse and half Arab. Star has not had a saddle on her yet. He has some ground work but needs more. Since I wont have a round pen until next spring she hasnt had work in a round pen. She is the first to the fence to greet me and comes to her name. She needs more work on personal space issues. Ive been working with her and has come a ways in the last few weeks but needs round pen work. She has no nip, kick or buck in her. She is the alpha and therefore needs someone more advanced to start her. She does have a scar on her back right leg (picture shown). I treated it right away, there is no proud flesh and she is completely sound. She got it from jumping the fence. She started doing that several times and greeted me at the house in the morning. She hasnt jumped since she was injured, so it seems she learned her lesson. It was about a year ago it happened. I have two other fillies up and coming. I just dont have the time for Star.
