#55 Tip for the day: Make your goals more about your actions over a certain period of time rather than a number on the scale. The scale reading will be a result of what you do during that time. While you may have a certain amount you want to lose by a certain date, (ie: a holiday, special occasion, birthday,) determine your goal of action to get there and focus on that. It might be to get in more of the good healthy guidelines or to walk a certain number of miles each day or to have a certain number of power foods implemented each day. Whatever it is make your goal specific, measurable and something you can actually control.
