#797 Cant vet out anger anywhere hence writing confession here. Miserable life is the correct word due to our big boss. Any why? Just because he feels he is the king on the floor. Anyone close to him can enter or leave program any time. Promotion and hikes biased for many. He feels he knows the best. Anyone entering his room needs to agree to every and any thought of his. However weird it is. Attrition at its peak in project but he blames others for this. How can someone be so ignorant. Agreed, best is to ignore and move on but it is not easy. So many good folks and good things happen on floor. One of the best place otherwise to work. I have not seen any other project with so many people friendly activities. But all gets soiled due to this leader. GOD give me strength to handle this. Uff BOSS, Uff Agile, Uff GOD
