#89 My phone rang from under the pillow, it was my aunt Me: mamie :) Aunt n: nana, yini? Ulele? Me: ewe, I took a nap right after you guys left Aunt N: ok nana, was just telling you Im on my way, ngiqeda ukuphuma nje eGoli Me: ok ma, uhambe noJehova Aunt N: uthenge ukudla ngiyifakile imali Me: thanks ma, ndiyabulela She hung up, I sat on the bed leaning on my continental pillow and looked around, I could hear the traffic outside, I looked at the time it was around 15h45, yoh Ive been sleeping for a while. I texted Joel to let him know all went well and settled in, he said he will call me later before I sleep. I went to the bathroom to wash my face and changed my vest and wore a t-shirt, I was feeling hungry, since I had seen a Steers and a Deboniars about two streets away I decided to go get that. I had about R400 in my purse so I took R200, it should be able to cover a regular pizza, I wore my Mr price push ins, looked at myself in the mirror, I decided to leave my phone coz Jozi aint loyal, I took my key and walked out, locked my door and took the stairs to downstairs, seemed like a couple of other people were moving in. I walked out and took a long stroll. This place was infested with Nigarians, hair salons left right and centre. I decided to start at pick n pay to buy something to drink and some snacks coz I really dont know when I plan to buy groceries. 2lt of Fanta orange was what I needed, some marshmallows,pamogrante fruit juice, romany creams, Doritos and went to pay, up the street was Steers, Debonairs and Mochacoes, ay change of mind, I wanted the chicken pine burger and chips then went to buy an ice cream at Steers then went back to my place. #sigh, I miss home. I slowly walked back enjoying my treat until I reached my place, fiddling with my laptop while I eat was an idea and so I did, oh goodness :) Viwe gave me a hard drive with movies and music, had I known I would have watched movies instead of sleeping. He had installed everything for me, operating system, the works. I made myself a playlist coz I wanted to go bath before I eat, I ran my bath water in the bath and poured some bubble bath that just soothed me. I took a very long bath, finished up and wore my bath towel and lay on the bed looking at the ceiling. There was a knock on the door which frightened me coz I dont know anyone here. I tippy toed and looked thru the door eye thing to see who it was and it was some girl, I opened Girl: hi sisi, how are you? Me: Im ok, what can I help you with Girl: Im Refiloe, I stay next door, well two doors away from you, hahahaha This girl sounded blond and I didnt even know her Me: oh, Im Mihle. Nice to meet you Refiloe: nice to meet you too, saw you move in earlier so thought Id come say hi Me: :) thank you Refiloe was tall and dark in complection but beautiful, she looked like a model coz she was quiet sknny and had a very well defined facial structure. She had a very nice neck length brazillan open weave that flowed everytime she moved Refiloe: well Ill catch up with you later neighnour, Ive got errands Me: alright, thanks again She smiled and left, I closed and locked my door, I wore my pink pyjamas and went to dish up my food and poured a glass of Fanta. I decided to watch a movie, Just Wright, and chilled on the bed. Joel called and we had a very long chat, he couldnt wait for month end so did I. Talking to him always brought comfort to my heart. After talking to him my aunt called me to tell me she is almost in Durban which was good, all I wanted to do is just chill in bed and just relax, I played jazz on my laptop at a very low volume level which calmed me. As the evening progressed I couldnt sleep before my aunt told me that she is home so I waited. About a few hours later around 9pm she called to tell me ufikile and we had a chat about other things, I really missed my aunt, ngomso is registration day so I need to be on campus at least at 8 to get it all over and done with early. I tossed and turned and eventually fell asleep. Lets see what tomorrow has in store for me :) Mi_Love
