[9:48PM 10 JAN] The core of the Arctic cold slips offshore tomorrow and temps rebound into the middle to upper 30s. Overunning warm air from the south and a disturbance tracking to the northeast, should set off a period of light freezing rain...mostly along and to the N & W of I-95 by Monday morning. There may be some freezing rain across the Delmarva--mainly north of Dover. Enough warm air will scour out the low level cold air by late morning Monday to give all areas just some chilly rain during the afternoon hours. It will dry out and turn colder by Tuesday.
