#995: I havent attended UW for a number of years, but I figured I would get a weight off my chest. Years ago my ex and I broke up. We kept in contact, but shortly after I found myself in another relationship and soon married. While in a rough spot, I ended up out for drinks in our home town with said ex (who was still attending the U). After a few rounds and a couple games of pool, he bet me that if I won he would take me home, and if he won I would return to Seattle with him. Well, he won. So I was driven home to quickly pack a bag, and then was quickly whisked back to his fraternity (where he was now the president). I made no protest, and after a quick refresh, I was ready to kick it with him all night. I had cut my hair since we broke up, so afraid of being recognized we decided I would go by the alias Kate. I spent the entire evening carefree and enjoying his company. We even got to watch the band and football players during the parade through the Greek system that night. We hooked up at the end of the evening, and I dont regret a moment of it. I just thought Id put it out there that I still think about that night, and Kate will always be here for you. I dont know if youll ever read this, but I still remember.
