Chapter of Acts is virtually non-existant, the largest percentage of demoninations here in the U.S. speak very seldom on hell and sin or even correlate world events with the Word of God, the Baptists say it impossible to lose ones salvation, the Pentecostals say the evidence of receiving of the Holy Spirirt is speaking in tongues, some protestant denominations approve of gays as ministers and while others sanction gay marriages, the catholic religion says there are 2 classes of sin, mortal and venial and that the forgiveness of sins come only through their preists and that salvation is grated only through Mary, the new age and emergant denominations say self is the only way to happiness and meditation and transluciation is the way to self-gratification, then there are the denominations that preach God wants everyone to become wealthy as they themselves become multi-millionaires. Choose 1, for there certainly is one to fit everyones lifestyle, of course to satisfy the mothers there are those denominations that sanction movies for their children with wizardry and witchcraft. The Word of God covers all of these denominations with their abominations and false teachings but many would rather be taught from the pulpit, they sell their wares in the vestibules of their churches such as books and CD’s and DVD’s just as the money changers Jesus drove out of the Synagogue. Satan controls the world and his decievement has cost many their very own salvation. Jesus never lied and there is no fiction in the Word of God which is why we can find it easy to believe that the Lord has only a remnant, I f we were to search our hearts every evening as we lie on our beds the Lord will reveal to us the things we take for granted as harmless that are in fact offensive to Him, we must never take our salvation for granted because the Word of God in an every day learning experience, without the Holy Spirit indwelling us we are not a child of God. There’s an old gospel song by the Imperials called “Oh Buddah” which you can download from youtube that puts this writing in prespective, this is the Chorus: Well you can call yourself a Baptist and not be born again A Presbyterian or a Methodist and still wind up in hell You can even be Pentecostal and dance and sing, and jump a pew But if you don’t love your brother, you won’t be one of the chosen few
