“A Mahatma is the embodiment of the pure love of God, eternal beauty personified. When people meet him, they are attracted to him. Sometimes they too want to become loving and beautiful like him. But when the Mahatma explains to them the ways to attain those qualities, the great renunciation and surrender that are necessary, they frown and withdraw. They expect to get it free without doing anything. This body itself is a free gift from God. He gave it simply out of compassion,. But human beings are greedy; they always want more. More and more and more- but free! That is their life- long slogan”.
