: A bowling ball and a set of feathers fall exactly alike in vacuum, i.e. when there is no air surrounding them. In the following video we see it happening. What is nice, next to just watching it, is to feel the emotion accompanied with the experience of something we know to be true (from school), but have never experienced, and contradicts our intuition of things falling. And of course, although from Galileis and Newtons times this knowledge is in our heritage, it was not the end of the story. Einstein, with the general theory of relativity, changed it all again. Both the bowling ball and the set of feathers just are in a state that keeps them together if the air does not push them apart. https://youtube/watch?v=E43-CfukEgs
