:) A tip and IMO, key to success when making Latkes is, after shredding the potatoes, soak them in highly salted water(tastes salty like the ocean) for a few hours. Drain them and squeeze all the liquid out of the potatoes before frying them. I had the Jewish club teacher at the Kents Hill school literally beg me for my recipe. Fry them in some infused with cannabis, oil and then infuse with cannabis the sour cream and have yourself nice medicated Hanukkah latkes.
