//A two-year-old boy was left outside a childcare centre in Punggol for 10 minutes after his teachers forgot about him, following an outdoor activity. Fortunately, the boy was safely returned to the school by a parent who was in the vicinity. The childcare centre has since apologised, but the boys parents are still upset, and have since withdrawn him from the school. The incident, which happened on Dec 23 last year, was brought up to the Early Childhood Development Agency, who has since issued warning letters to the centre and the teachers involved. The boys mother, Mrs Marina Lau, 32, an engineer, told The New Paper on Jan 21: If not for the kind parent, the centre wouldnt even know.
