**ADOPTION UPDATE** Mowgli was rescued from Pender County this summer, and was adopted almost immediately from our rescue. He has been in his forever home in Cary for almost four months now. His human sister, Gray, just turned 8 years old, and for her birthday she requested a unique gift! She asked that her friends and family thank the people who saved Mowgli. For her birthday, in lieu of gifts to Gray, donations were made to Triangle Pets Alive in Grays honor. Talk about an act of gratitude on behalf of an 8 year old little girl~ Thank you, Gray, for your thoughtfulness and generosity, and for making Mowgli feel so loved! Funds collected on behalf of Grays birthday request will be used to help pay for Lilys surgery. She was recently rescued from Lincoln County Animal Shelter, and at only a year old it was discovered that our sweet min-pin has a diseased kidney and it must be removed. Her surgery is scheduled for Monday morning. Lily sends lots of birthday wishes your way, Gray!!!
